MATERIAL FOR SOLDERING MASKS

Contaval is specially developed material for the production of soldering masks. This material is antistatic, suitable for lead-free technology, resistant to red light and meets ESD requirements. The greatest benefit of using Contaval is: • to protect SMD parts on the BOTTOM side or • to fix THT parts to the TOP side of the PCB. • for heavy PCBs, it is much easier to have a frame that give stability • every time you get the same result, which is especially important for the AUTOMOTIVE industry MATERIAL FOR SOLDERING MASKS: • CONTAVAL M AM is made of glass mat, epoxy resin, graphite powder and teflon. The material can withstand temperatures up to 300°C. • CONTAVAL 2576 GP is made of E-glass cloth, epoxy resin and graphite powder. • CONTAVAL 2017 is made of E-glass cloth, epoxy resin and graphite powder. • CONTAVAL SL GP was developed for complex design PCBs as a substitute for titanium. • VOLTIS HP CONDUCTIVE is made of paper, phenolic resin and graphite powder. This material is used for ESD applications.
