APPLICATION:
The material is used for the most demanding processes as a back-up board in
manufacturing printed circuit boards.
PROPERTIES:
MW-BACK UP BOARD offers smooth, glossy, extra hard and high density foil, provides an excellent
cleaning properties and good drilling process for any demanding process at the highest drill
speed and even at smallest holes.
The flat, hard but flexible surface ensures excellent cutting almost with any drill tools.
Suitable for all diameters, even for holes in diameter 0,10 mm.
Extra hard material, with density over 0,98 g/cm3 offers excellent flatness with very tight thickness
tolerance, therefore material is suitable for automatic lines.
Usable on both sides.
It is without phenolic resin, FHC, formaldehyde and hydrotropic additives.
