COPPER CLAD LAMINATES

We have two types of copper clad laminates. Cu-FR4 laminates are made of glass net and epoxy resin, covered with copper foil on one or both sides. Cu-CEM laminates are made of paper, glass net and epoxy resin, covered with copper foil on one or both sides.
