Advantages of ISOVAL FR4-HF compared to standard FR4:
It contains no halogen elements and has excellent mechanical and electrical properties.
Withstands temperatures up to 180 °C.
Due to these properties, it can be used as a substitute for G11 and FR5. It is also UL-certified.
