EPDM washer

The EPDM washer is made of stainless steel on the top side and rubber on the bottom side for better sealing. EPDM washers are used for direct fastening of PC (polycarbonate) sheets onto the substructure.

We recommend using stainless steel screws instead of galvanised ones, which tend to rust after a few years.

EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) washers perform exceptionally well in outdoor and industrial environments due to their high resistance to UV light, ozone, and extreme temperatures.

The material retains its elasticity even at low temperatures and is characterised by excellent mechanical strength, flexibility, and ageing resistance.

EPDM is also an excellent insulator and maintains stable physical properties over time.

Typical applications include window and door seals, automotive components, waterproof protection, mounting bases, and anti-vibration elements.
