Material for solder masks
Contaval is a specially developed material for the production of solder masks. It is antistatic, lead-free process compatible, resistant to red light, and meets ESD requirements.The main advantages of its use are:• SMD components are protected from the BOTTOM side.• THT components are fixed from the TOP side of the PCBs.• For heavier PCBs, it is recommended and much easier to use a frame that provides stability.• Consistent soldering results are ensured, which is particularly important in the automotive industry.
